Asset Resolution Strategies identify non-financial regulatory risks associated with a site, building or portfolio which may lead to unforeseen costs e.g. remediation, site clearance / demolition due to enforcement action by State Authorities. These risks are measured and analysed together to develop a Strategy to minimise asset carrying costs and make ready for sale. Planning & Development Reporting analyses current and future development potential of Assets for the purposes of preparing a planning application or managing an asset into the future in a way that maintains or increases value. Compliance Reporting reviews exiting permitted assets (built, unbuilt, part-built) to identify and mitigate risks in the form of outstanding statutory requirements: works, financial contributions, PV (Social and Affordable Housing) and Bonds. We are experienced development and property consultants and have trusted, established industry partners.
