Profile: Jamie Ryde, Director I have been recruiting for over 15 years in the construction and property industry. My scope of work has covered markets in the UK and Australia, assisting a diversity of businesses ranging from FTSE 100s to boutique operations. I specialise in recruiting temporary and permanent professionals from the client side of the project management, consultancy and property sectors. My experience also spans the management of development, facilities, office support and 0007 teams. After moving to Sydney in 2008, I worked for a multi-national recruitment agency within the NSW construction and property industry and developed a strong network of candidates and clients alike. Seeing the potential of a highly personalised service, I made the transition into a boutique agency. Here, I established a successful construction division focused on placing candidates of all levels, from tradespeople to general managers of builders and construction consultancies. Following this, I became an integral member of a privately owned business’s leadership team and was responsible for identifying and developing new business streams. I confidently offer candidates and clients a service that is honest, passionate and professional.
