She has led multidisciplinary teams for clients including FedEx, Heineken, Kimberly-Clark, and Miele, and is certified to consult for companies under Singapore Government assistance schemes. As a business incubator and educator, she has supported SMEs and MNCs in expanding across Southeast Asia and beyond. Sarah brings 20+ years of experience in Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, including a track record of growth-focused initiatives in the Aerospace and Consulting sectors. She has delivered impactful solutions for Airbus and EADS in worldwide locations, and now focuses on helping small businesses scale through strategy-backed, relationship-driven growth models. Together, we created SHINE as a boutique business incubator designed to empower entrepreneurs and small business owners with the tools, clarity, and guidance they need to shine in their space—whether they’re entering new markets, refining their brand, or building a business from the ground up. Currently based in France and working globally, we’re open to collaborations across Europe and Asia.
