What We Do On the surface, we are a recruitment company specialising in white-collar construction, but at our core, we are a collaboration of talent & experience. We have created a platform for ambitious recruiters who want to take ownership of their work and establish their own businesses within our cooperative. From the moment you engage with us, we are working with our carefully selected network, giving clients and candidates the best possible options aligned with any sector, location or discipline. Our Story The idea certainly didn’t come to fruition all at once; it first started on a beach in Thailand over 10 years ago. One Recruiter, disillusioned by the traditional recruitment model, imagines something different. In its infancy, there was a small collaboration of recruiters working together until covid hit. That moment of disruption became a turning point. With nothing to lose and everything to build, Recco was born. Our Vision Let’s make it clear, we are not a lifestyle business. We are here to change the face of recruitment, to build something unique with people who share the same ambition. Our structure allows us to deliver quality talent faster and at scale, without losing the personal touch. We don’t pretend to get it right every time. But with decades of experience and a united team, we’re built to succeed more often than not.
