Our Story: Sacred Flow Collective was founded by best friends Brooke and Kacey, who bring a combined 10+ years of experience in fitness, wellness, and events. Kacey is a dedicated yoga teacher and personal trainer with a passion for movement, physical, and spiritual well-being, while Brooke adds her background in event planning, dance, and music to create memorable and healing experiences. Together, they share a vision rooted in personal discovery, resilience, and the power of community. Why We Started Sacred Flow: Our own healing journeys were shaped by experiences in meditation, therapy, yoga, and energy work. These practices helped us uncover our purpose, heal from personal traumas, and become aligned with our true selves. We created Sacred Flow to share what we've learned, offer high-quality wellness experiences, and support others in their unique healing journeys.
