Innovation, know-how and experience since 1956 SAET is an Italian company active on an international scale that offers solutions for high voltage electrical grid, electrochemical storage systems and custom solutions (Operation & Maintenance, after sales service, automation, weighing systems). The world around us is constantly changing and SAET has always evolved. A story marked by key moments. 1956-1992 SAET was founded in 1956 as an electromechanical company. From the end of the Eighties SAET became part of the Techint Group and from this origin derives its working methodology, the ability to assume responsibility for “turnkey” supplies and the international vision. 1992-2002 In 1993 SAET was subject of a management by out operation by its executives, who are currently some of the shareholders and have the technical and managerial responsibility of the company. 2003-2011 Since 2003 SAET became General Electric's VAR (Value Added Reseller) for protection and control systems which allowed, starting from 2005, to build numerous turnkey High Voltage Stations, integrating power, protection, control and civil works both in Italy and abroad. 2012 - Today In 2012 SAET entered the energy storage systems market as system integrator of various electrochemical technologies with hundreds of MWh installed worldwide. In 2021 SAET became part of the Falck Renewables Group*, which controls 60% of the company and is operationally integrated into the Next Solutions division. SAET plays an important role in the energy transition, for a more sustainable, modern and future-oriented world for the younger generations.
