About Safari Surf School

Safari Surf, LLC is a sustainable surf travel company based in Nosara, Costa Rica & Nicaragua. We've been the premier surf school and surf camp in Costa Rica for over 13 years and have currently expanded to La Jolla, Nicaragua. We provide authentic surf vacation experiences that last a lifetime. Our guests learn to surf from ISA Certified Instructors, and are introduced to the surfing lifestyle and Costa Rican culture while they spend a week in paradise with us. We're committed to the highest standards in sustainable travel and are working toward our Sustainable Travel Certification through the Center for Surf Research. We're an official Billabong Surf Camp, and are the only surf travel operation to be rated Best Outfitter on Earth by National Geographic. We are currently involved as partners in the creation of Olas Verdes, a new Nosara Resort which will be LEED certified.
