Our business offers specialized H&S solutions based on the requirements of the client or developer. We offer a customized approach to help our clients or developers manage project risks, comply with legal obligations, and meet statutory requirements. With a combined experience of over 33 years, we offer specialized guidance on health and safety issues during all six phases of construction (from project initiation to project close-out), and we primarily serve the following sectors but not exclusively: Construction Industry Green energy industry Telecommunications Health and Safety We provide H&S services from stages 1-6 of the project lifecycle in accordance with the SACPCMP H&S Agent scope of service, among others: Acting as client health and safety agents Application for construction work permits. Design Risk Management Health and Safety Compliance Audits Health and Safety Specifications Project Baseline Risk Assessments Attendance of design meetings Operational Inspections Outsourcing of Construction Health and Safety Officers/ Managers Assisting companies with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Accreditation Occupational Hygiene On a project specific basis, we work with our in-house associate Occupational Hygienist (OH), who’s an Approved Inspection Authority (AIA), to provide occupational Hygiene services to our clients.
