SAFETY NJ provides training and sales in the public safety industry. We are a veteran owned, minority owned, small business enterprise. Our team of instructors have more than 100 years combined in training. Our cadre come from a diverse background of combat proven military veterans, law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians and medical professionals. Using their real world experiences, they bring a wealth of knowledge and are eager to share it with their students. We are authorized by the New Jersey State Police to offer NJ SORA (Security Officer Registration Act) classes. We are also authorized by the American Heart Association and American Health and Safety Institute to provide CPR and First Aid training. From the basic CPR and First Aid through BLS for the Healthcare Provider, we can ensure your CPR training needs are met. Continuing in our efforts to be pioneers in education, SAFETY NJ is a provider of online courses. Other course offerings include Defensive Driving, Pepper Spray Defense, ASP Tactical Baton and Tactical Handcuff Certification, Babysitting, Wilderness First Aid and National Rifle Association Courses. SAFETY NJ is a distributor of Automated External Defibrillators (AED). As an authorized distributor, we provide training and sales for HeartSine and Philips AED's. We also sell supplies and accessories for many AED manufacturers and host an online retail store for equipment used in the public safety industry. Located in the Newark suburb of Bloomfield, our facility is easily accessible by public transportation and is located two blocks off of the Garden State Parkway.
