Sage Counseling & Consulting, Ltd is an outpatient mental health practice located in North Chesterfield, VA. We provide counseling services to individuals of all ages, starting at age three along with families and couples. Sage Counseling and Consulting provides group therapy on different topics and utilizes therapeutic play activities with young children. We provide in-person counseling to children and families age three and up; Telehealth sessions are available for clients aged 12 and up. Sage Counseling and Consulting accepts the following insurances: Cigna, Anthem, Optum, Optima; Anthem and Optima Medicaid plans. Self-pay rates are available and are based on need. Sage Counseling and Consulting's mission is to meet clients where they are in their “walk of life” and help them with life’s challenges. We strive to provide the best mental health and family counseling services in central Virginia! Our vision is to reduce mental health stigma, increase coping strategies and help others create healthy relationships through awareness and insight. We are hiring!
