Floor plans are available from 907 square feet up to a spacious 3200 square feet of living space. Sage Homes will assist you with customizing any of our homes to meet your individual needs throughout Northern Nevada. Marlette Homes are constructed offsite in a controlled manufacturing facility ensuring protection from elements. Your customized home is then brought to your building site and construction is completed by Sage Homes. We pride ourselves in assisting you with every aspect of the building and lending processes. Sage Homes, Inc. works with land owners across Northern Nevada. You can select any neighborhood, any parcel of land and we will help you wrap it all together into one loan. We specialize in working with bare ground. Let’s not forget the improvements such as the foundation, garages, sidewalks, patios and cooling systems. You can select what contractor, lender, and escrow company you wish to deal with. If you are unsure, we have companies we work with that provide stellar service. We will assist you, at no cost, in obtaining quotes and coordinating your contractors and building schedule for you. We are not your general contractor but will be happy to assist you with our experience in factory built housing clear through the on-site construction.
