About SAIBPP UCT Student Chapter
Similar to our mother body organization, SAIBPP Property Organization, we aim to advocate for inclusivity and the broad participation of people of color in the built-environment sector. This student chapter is made for and by UCT students; to link students with property/built-environment professionals and to generate interest in the built-environment sector as a field of study. We speak the language of transformation advocacy and equitable representation to be translated within our academic spaces through students who will speak the same language in their workplaces and communities and into the industry and the society - all this to achieve seeing a South Africa with a demographically representable property sector.
