We carry an extensive range of spare parts here in New Zealand which means we are can service our products promptly if the need arises. With our long established relationship with the manufacturer we are also able to source additional components we may not have on hand if required. Over the past 8 years Sair heat pumps/air conditioners have proven to be extremely reliable in the New Zealand operating environment. Sair customers can rest assured that we have done our part to help protect the environment for future generations as Sair air conditioners use only the environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant and comply with the European Union's Restriction of use of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive which limits the use of lead, mercury, cadmium and other hazardous substances. In addition, Sair air conditioners have been tested to the Australian and New Zealand joint standard, AS/NZS 3823.2. All Sair Super GT series have also been awarded New Zealand’s ENERGY STAR Version 2.1 mark indicating that they have been tested and exceed the stringent energy efficiency criteria for New Zealand’s harsh winter conditions making them one of the most energy efficient heat pumps available in New Zealand.
