Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas AS provides subcontracting service and specializes in manufacturing sheet metal products like enclosures, housings, precision welded frames, and assemblies according to customer requirements and up to the highest standards. Our in-house capabilities include development, punching, laser cutting, bending, welding, painting and assembly. By having all the production processes in-house, we help manufacturers to increase supply chain efficiency by reducing lead time and quality risk. Because of our engineering know-how and experience we can analyze, change and manufacture new configurations very quickly. We have experience in HVAC, industrial, rail elevator, energy, medical and defense industries, but we are not limited by that, we can manufacture almost any sheet metal product. Being a subsidiary of Saku Metall Group (founded in 1991), the company has long-term know-how in metal processing and engineering. Today we have 150 employees. 97% of our production is exported. Our company is certified according to quality and environmental management systems - ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. We are certified to weld railway vehicles and components, which includes comprehensive quality requirements - EVS-EN ISO 3834:2006-2 and EN 15085-2 CL1. Saku Metall Allhanke Tehas has achieved significant milestones in powder coating quality, becoming the first company in the Baltic region to receive the prestigious Quality Association Industrial Coating (QIB, Qualitätsgemeinschaft Industriebeschichtung e.V.) certification and the Deutsche Bahn (DB) certification DBS 918 340 for both steel and aluminum powder coating.
