We offer the following services: Design and drafting of houses, renovations, garden structures and furniture. Full residential plan development for submission to all Greater Victoria municipal planning offices. Projects small and large benefit from careful planning, design and drawing. Our goal while making improvements to our customers’ homes is to integrate changes with the rest of the home, and into the broader community. We take our commitment to beauty and function as a duty first to our customers and to cultural landscape by extension. Construction oversight of residential construction and renovation. We are committed to working with our customers from design through completion of projects. This includes financial transparency; working under an oversight business model rather than a general contractor model for larger projects involving multiple trades. This means we charge a fee for organizing and motivating our projects. This fee ranges from 10-20% of the overall job cost. Sub-trade bills are submitted for review by our customers Construction and oversight of garden landscapes and structures. Creating living spaces out of doors is a special focus of our business this year. We pay special attention to longevity during the construction of garden structures.
