Salience works with a wide range of clients, including operators, development banks, government, and ICT regulators. Our expertise lies in providing hands-on, tailored solutions that support digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure development. History Salience was founded in Dubai, UAE, in 2010 by senior industry executives from companies including British Telecom, Deutsche Telekom, PwC, and Deloitte. Expanding regionally, we established two offices, one in Bahrain and one in Oman, delivering large digital projects such as Oman Broadband Company and Awasr Oman. Between 2015 and 2020, we expanded into Africa, Europe, and Central Asia, building relationships with key global clients like the World Bank and EBRD. We opened an office in North Macedonia to support project delivery and extended our advisory services in Oman and Bahrain into multiyear professional services agreements. Since 2020, Salience has continued to expand, delivering ICT and Mega City projects in Saudi Arabia and across the African continent to define data centers, cloud, and internet exchange projects. With offices in Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Dubai, Bahrain and North Macedonia, we are extending our reach to Asia and the Americas, by delivering projects in the Philippines, Chile, and Jamaica. Today, we deliver expert advisory services across three core areas in the Digital and ICT sectors: Regulatory Economics, and Governance; Technology and Infrastructure; and Finance and Investment Advisory.
