OUR CORE COMPETENCE IS MECHANICS. Saloteam has three product lines: - CNC machining services - Contract manufacturing - Tools for assembly and testing processes We have 13 CNC machines available; lots of capacity and capability. Our speciality is aluminium and plastic parts weighing max. 10 kilograms. BOOSTING MANUAL ASSEMBLY AND TESTING PROCESSES Our solutions help increase the efficiency in production: - Quality improvement - Speed increase - Ergonomics increase In other words, you will get better products faster. Your production staff will have less injuries and sick-leaves due to low-quality tools. Our jigs, test equipment and other assembly solutions are designed and manufactured in close cooperation with the customer. Customer-focused product development doesn’t have to mean costly and complicated solutions. Utilization of our products does not require a lengthy familiarization process from users or maintenance personnel. This saves a significant amount of time both in user training and during the assembly phase of production equipment. While mastering assembly jigs we also offer subcontracting services for machined parts, specializing in small batches of small and medium size parts (typical weight less than 10 kgs) made from technical plastics or aluminum.
