Salt Street is an independent production company based in the Peak District. Here to reveal the unexpected in the familiar, we produce content that sparks curiosity by offering a new perspective. By finding the singular moment that tells the bigger story, we show how exciting and interesting the world can be. We work collaboratively with others to realize projects of ambition, scale, and energy. Our clients include Red Bull, Visit Britain DJI Global, BBC Sport, and Channel 4. Our most successful films exceeded 20 million views. Our first television commission, Britain’s Abandoned Playgrounds, was a six-part series for Channel 4/All4. There are no shortcuts at Salt Street, either in developing the idea or producing the film. Our crew is tight-knit and trusted, giving Salt Street the ability to push boundaries and take calculated risks to get the best results. Our incredible crew includes Ed Birch as director, Anna Paxton as producer, and Sam McQueen as assistant director along with athletes and art directors, photographers, cinematographers, editors, and licensed drone pilots.
