My belief, based on decades of experience of complex transformation programmes and business building, is that it is the culture of the organisation and the attitude of the people that is the most important factor in determining the success, or otherwise, of any given endeavour. And I can help with that. The Pioneer in me can inspire and navigate the ambiguity and complexity. The Integrator means I do it for the benefit everybody and can recognise and nurture a diverse range of contributions. I am an introvert and a good listener and the dyslexic in me means I can blend creativity with analytical thinking, making connections and seeing patterns that others often miss. My goal is to provide performance enhancing leadership services covering the range from coaching, mentoring through training and into advisory and execution. I am an empathetic coach, an inspirational trainer and an astute business advisor operating a select portfolio of clients across multiple sectors and geographies. I believe the range and diversity is important.
