Steven Saltzberg is the Broker and Founder of Saltzberg & Associates Real Estate. Tampa Bay’s Concierge Real Estate Company. Steven specializes in New Home Construction and 55 + Lifestyle Communities and adds value as a trusted advisor to his customers throughout the home buying process. He began his real estate career in 1998 selling new homes for a large national builder and over the past 23 years has successfully sold over 1500 homes, achieving one of the highest levels of customer satisfaction ratings in the industry. Steven brings his extensive knowledge of the homebuilder experience and has worked as a top producer for some of the most prestigious builders and developers in the United States, including Ryan Homes, M/I Homes, Eastwood Homes, Ryland Homes, Del Webb, and GL Homes of Florida. Steven is passionate about the real estate industry and takes great pride in helping navigate his customers throughout both the home buying and selling process. Steven has successfully listed and sold over 120 resale homes within the past 3 years and goes above and beyond for sellers. With the “Concierge” service that Steven offers, he goes the extra mile to connect buyers and sellers with a vetted list of service providers for superior assistance in preparing their homes for move-in, move out, and providing a go-to person to assist clients with what they need when they need it. Steven’s goal is to always make the home buying and selling process a seamless and low-stress experience for his customers. Steven attended Florida State University and graduated with B.S. Degree from the College of Human Sciences. He currently lives in Tampa, Florida with his 140 lb. Saint Berdoodle named Gus. In his spare time, he enjoys taking advantage of everything the Florida lifestyle has to offer.
