Sama as the name suggest, means Balance in Sanskrit. That's what we promote. A balanced health and fitness, a lifestyle that maintains a WORK - LIFE balance. Sama was a thought created by Reshma Bhoir, who has an indept knowledge of the fitness industry since past 30 years. She started as an 1st aspiring female bodybuilder in 1996, ever since she has been into training and coaching and transforming innumerable individuals in their fitness journey. She is also a Co Founder of a gym equipment manufacturing brand Hardcore Fitness since 2003. This brand has sold Pan India, UAE and now supplying to South Africa. Sama has a single moto of creating healthy work force, the lifestyle diseases caused due to long sitting hours and postural deformities caused due do this, Reshma decided to change this and bring a positive balance in the employees health and wellbeing. The Co Founder Ms Vrushali Nagwekar, who has come from a corporate work culture and has experienced its adverse affect, brings her valued inputs in shaping up the idea and and will timely provide her expertise for the company's growth. Sama core team has A very experienced wellness coach Mr. Sanjit Chandorkar, who is Certified and his expertise is in Online Training. He joined Sama with the belief of educating people from various walks of life to be healthy and fit. Health and Fitness is incomplete without Nutrition and with this belief, our Head Nutritionist Ms Smitha Pillai joined Sama. Smitha was a part of a Nutrition based popular start up and has handled clients with various medical and health issues. In her experience as a Nutritionist, she believes that your food has a deep connection with the mood and if we decode that, we can bring positive results in people's lives. We have consulting Physio Therapist and Counselors and experts from various domains and as a team, we will provide a complete solution to your health and wellbeing.
