SamfundsTanken is a cross-policy industry-independent think tank. We are here to make a practical difference, and have already left several marks regarding Unemployment, Unconditional Basic Income and Venture Capitalism. Our team consists of a wide range of analysts and specialists from diverse backgrounds, but all have a focus on improving the world as much as possible with the resources and opportunities at hand. We give free money to the poor, no strings attached – and earn well on it. At SamfundsTanken we think about time and money only as tools, with our worth measured in lives saved and improved. Ultimately this has resulted in our latest project, UBIseed. “UBIseed is a digital currency aiming to alleviate poverty, and provide a digital means of payment for all. And as probably a first ever in basic income projects, UBIseed will attract as many commercial investors as philanthropists.“ Our primary focus and current best examples of our work are UBInow and UBIseed – both are opportunities to eradicate unemployment and poverty, while enabling lower taxes, increasing social mobility and providing a higher surplus for companies and their owners both. UBInow is dependent on politics but quick to implement locally, while UBIseed is politically independent but requires big commercial partners.
