We combine proven social science with ethically deployed technology for fair, more objective and cost-efficient people-selection. Sammi-Select was founded in 2020 as a spinout from the University of Surrey. We have been awarded multiple grants from UKRI (2018-2022), Seed Funding and were finalists in the Guildford Innovation Awards 2020 for 'Young Business of the Year' and 'Emerging Technologies'. Most recently, our CEO Dr Alison Callwood was awarded Innovate UK 2023 Women in Innovation award for the GENIUS project, generating neurodiverse inclusive selection.
