I’m Karen Covington, and my story is about unbecoming: letting go of everything I thought I knew about myself and the nature of reality. I first consciously realized I could see beyond the physical two months after my husband’s passing when he appeared as a spark of blue energy hovering over a candle. Gradually, my world expanded to seeing and hearing not only my husband but other non-physical beings, my guides, and others in spirit. My healing journey helped me reconnect with my Infinite Self, rediscover my power, joy, and ultimately align with my mission - helping others connect self with soul to empower, heal, and thrive. I struggled with grief, menopause, depression, anxiety, hair loss, weight gain, and chronic stomach issues for years. Today, I have never been happier or healthier. I ditched prescription medications, lost 30 pounds, regrew my hair, healed my stomach issues, and now, in my late 50s, I have as much energy as I did in my 20s. I started Samsara Healing as a results-driven practice after experiencing profound changes in my physical and emotional health by aligning my thoughts and intentions with my desires.
