We produce and sell a wide range of furniture under our own brands, including Universal Furniture, Legacy Classic Furniture, Craftmaster Furniture, Samson International, and Lacquer Craft Hospitality. Besides producing our own brand products, our manufacturing division in China, under the name of Lacquer Craft, is a supplier of choice for many leading furniture brands and private label retailers in the North America and the rest of the world. Our products include a full range of residential furniture, for living room, dining room and bedroom. In addition, we also produce furniture for high-end hotel and offices. We distinguish ourselves in the furniture industry though our vertically integrated U.S. wholesaler and Chinese manufacturer business model. This business model provides us with the competitive advantage of large-scale and cost-effective manufacturing facilities in China to support our U.S. branded products business. Our vertically-integrated business model is further enhanced by our comprehensive logistics and delivery capabilities that provide our customers with the flexibility to mix different furniture collections in their respective shipments. Samson Holding Ltd. is an investment holding company, headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, with subsidiaries in the U.S., U.K., China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The shares of the Company have been listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2005. Our products are sold in the U.S., U.K., China and in many other countries.
