San Juan Construction, Inc. is a small business, multi-disciplined construction company having completed projects in Colorado, Alaska, Hawaii and the outer Pacific and Indian Ocean islands. As a full service general contractor, our in-house staff includes professional engineers, a landscape architect, master electricians and plumbers; specialists in roofing, floor coverings, exterior finish systems, sheet metal, carpentry, pile driving, diving, welding, and mechanical and electrical systems. In addition, San Juan Construction maintains professional relationships with consultants who are experts in various construction fields. Our project managers and superintendents possess diverse backgrounds covering all construction trades. This staff, along with a well-trained and experienced support staff, enables us to offer construction services including construction management and execution, value engineering and CPM scheduling. Beginning as a mechanical contractor in Colorado, the company focused on commercial and industrial projects. San Juan Construction’s growth led to the opening of an office in Hawaii and diversification into the federal and state government construction arenas. The company soon recognized the opportunity for a turnkey general contractor with all trades under one roof which allowed us to continue to build a resume of successfully completed federal contracts ranging from new construction to remodeling, giving San Juan Construction a wide breadth of expertise from which to draw.
