Established in 2001 and under new ownership in 2004, Sandbill has maintained a reputation of high customer service since its beginnings. Under broker owner Robert Ekdahl and co-owner Courtney Neuhausel, the operation has expanded to include offices in Port Charlotte and Lehigh Acres, Orlando, Apollo Beach (Tampa) and Atlanta Georgia. With an emphasis on residential, Sandbill has built a reputation of quality with a wide array of clients. As the Florida market went into a downturn in 2006, Sandbill Realty was one of the first offices to understand the coming impact of foreclosures in the area and took steps to become involved with the default industry. From first providing Broker Price Opinions to providing assistance with the disposition of over 1000 REO properties since 2007, Sandbill has become a recognized leader in the area for REO sales and preservation services.
