As a General Contractor, our projects run the gamut from small interior renovations to additions, new construction, infrastructure repair, Design/Build and both selective interior and complete building demolition. As an Environmental Contractor, we self-perform hazardous remediation services including Asbestos, Lead, Mold, PCB’s, Bird Waste and other Biohazards throughout the Baltimore/Washington, DC metropolitan area. SanDow is a CVE certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Certified Company, as well as HUBZone Certified.
