About Sandstone Energy
Sandstone was established as an oil and gas exploration and production business for the purposes of acquiring targeted key oil and gas projects with proven reserves, in the Texas Louisiana Gulf Coast, drilling, and operating these projects. Historically, Sandstone’s business model either generated or bought into other already developed prospects, so long as the prospects fit within the Company’s ROI parameters. The investment objective of Sandstone Energy is to generate cash flows on overlooked or abandoned reserve opportunities in leases not well-known to the market, leases well-studied by the team that are already producing where efficiencies may be added, or on value opportunities on “buy or farm-ins.” Additionally, the Company targets net asset value growth targeting up to 10:1 returns depending upon the project and the initial funding required. These are considered superior returns relative to the global markets, as well as from privately negotiated equity and equity-related investments in the oil and gas sector. Under the Company’s business model, each submitted prospect is reviewed following strict requirements and guidelines, and selected in the order of being the most prolific based upon the detailed evaluation of each respective prospect.
