Sandton Capital Partners was founded to invest in alternative credit and equity opportunities, primarily through purchasing underperforming bank loans and providing rescue financing to troubled companies. Since 2009, we have invested approximately $1.6billion across a diverse range of industries, geographies, and financial structures. Our typical investment size is between $2million and $50million, with a focus on distressed loans, special situations, and niche asset finance. Our expertise is in understanding complex and difficult to value situations. We partner with owners and management teams to provide replacement debt for existing lenders, operating liquidity, and further funding to support transitions back to profitability. Sandton has backed incumbent management in over 98% of 200+ completed transactions with over 50 financial institutions globally.
