About SanRio Health

NITE Foundation dba SanRio Health is an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) licensed pharmaceutical wholesaler founded in 2017. We are dedicated to providing free and reduced cost pharmaceutical drugs/devices to independent pharmacies, nonprofit clinics, hospitals, and other nonprofit care centers that care for the medically under-served here in the United States. We are licensed in 9 states and growing. Our Mission is to provide low-cost or donated pharmaceuticals to non-profit clinics, to facilitate the flow of free or low-cost medications to the medically under-served, low income, or rural areas of the country where inexpensive medication alternatives are much needed. We want to provide everyone with opportunities and access to their medications, regardless of their financial abilities, while bringing Care back to healthcare. As a pharmaceutical wholesaler we take in donated money or medications from manufacturers and other distributors and then work with local non-profit clinics to distribute those free medications out to the patients who really need inexpensive medication options, such as children, elderly, veterans, working poor families and homeless populations. Our goal is to increase access to costly lifesaving medications through our distribution partners across the country. There is potentially no ceiling to this venture, there is an estimated $7 billion worth of usable medicine that goes to waste each year in the United States—yet 50 million Americans report not being able to afford taking their medications as prescribed. We are working towards the goal of accepting and distributing those drugs to clinics, non-profits, and pharmacies so that they can be used instead of wasted. The manufacturers receive a 1:1 tax credit for any drug donation so it’s a win-win for everyone. We look to restore dignity to these deserving individuals and help them meet their healthcare needs with compassion.
