About SanTan Brewery, Distillery + Eatery In 2007, SanTan Brewing Company opened the doors of our original brewpub, located in the heart of Historic Downtown Chandler. Founder and Brewmaster Anthony Canecchia’s mission of pairing craft beer with craft food, to inspire great conversation and good times, still stands true today for Arizona’s largest craft brewery. Launched in May 2018, SanTan Distilling uses only 100% malted American barley for our award-winning handcrafted whiskey + vodkas. Distilled with the use of our custom-built artisan pot still in small batches, SanTan believes our spirits represent the very best from the American West.
