Sapporo Sparkle is a consultant company for IT utilization and has 30 years of experience in the industry. As an independent consultant, Ms. Kuwahara has worked in large-scale development projects and leading-edge projects, and her work has centered around a brainstorm activity. Current consulting activities are consisted of 55 percentage of user company, 45 percentage of manufacturers and package vendors. Our consultation includes giving advise to foreign-affiliated vendors, major consultant farm, various committees or conferences. As for user companies, we give advise and impart how to solve a problem and other possibilities to major executives of company, support IT strategy and project management from user companies perspective. Our approach for the consultation is much different form the other consultant companies. Our consultation centers around “coaching”. We present a methodology and key points of customer company's target and support them to develop their knowledge and skills based on their own goals.
