Sarah & Olive is a Dublin based olive oil distributor that works directly with award-winning producers to bring exceptional single estate olive oils from Andalucía, Spain to Ireland. It was set up by Sarah Merrigan a chef, food writer and sustainable food entrepreneur who lived and worked as a chef in Barcelona for years and is now on a mission to showcase the flavour and versatility that single-estate olive oils can bring to modern Irish cooking. Depending on the olive variety, terroir and maker’s vision, every great olive oil opens up a new world of flavour and possibility in the kitchen. With tasting notes like green tomatoes, almond, banana, artichoke, quince, apple and fig, Sarah & Olive’s selection of extra virgin olive oils make even the simplest ingredients taste incredible. And, as you may have heard, the health benefits are off the charts. Most of these extra virgin olive oils are multi-award winners, and some have even won best in the world.
