Sarah Rosenhaus Interior Design is a full service multi-disciplinary design studio in Santa Monica, CA founded by Sarah Rosenhaus in 2003. Our work is centered on our love of all things beautiful and our desire to create functional beauty in everyday life. We are led by our love of color, texture and natural elements, incorporating nature into all that we do. We are drawn to history and the depth that comes in juxtaposing the old with the new. Merging this with the unique storytelling of our who are clients are and how they live. Our approach is holistic. With each project we incorporate bespoke pieces of furniture, custom millwork, unique textiles and beautiful found objects. We strive to strike a balance between refined softness and bold moments. This creates a compelling and uncontrived look for each project we touch. Our process is rooted in our relationship with the client, our shared relationship with the space and finding the narrative that expresses this unique collaboration. We are hands on in all aspects of the project from conception to completion. The SRID team can work with you to refresh a room or consult from the very start of a new build to everything in between. Our approach is comprehensive, with knowledge in restoration of old homes, a curated approach to selecting finishes and decor, furniture design, custom millwork as well as exterior design, landscape and new builds. At SRID we look to collaborate with architects, builders, contractors, furniture makers and a variety of other artisans to bring each project to life.
