Hi, I'm Sarah Scott. I'm a Brain-Based Coach for personal and professional growth. My approach is process-focused, outcome-driven and strongly draws from neuroscience to facilitate positive change by enhancing the quality of thinking. Essentially, it brings hard science to the art of improving human performance and the effectiveness of coaching. Originally from Germany, the UAE has been my home base for more than 12 years. I live here with my husband Fabian, and our children Leon and Hannah. Developing, coaching and empowering individuals has always been my passion. It personally fulfils me and gives me purpose to help others grow, realize what they are actually capable of and achieve their goals. Over the past decade, I have held various roles in Human Resources for international corporations which really supports me in the work I do today, like interacting with and guiding talents, young leaders and senior managers. Even more so being a working mum, I have embraced juggling different responsibilities and stakeholders.
