Wendy Smith started Sargent Software Solutions because after spending years in the not-for-profit sector and talking with friends and colleagues the same topic always arose with the following conclusions; many businesses and not for profits are faced with the same challenges, too much work and not enough staff to handle the workload. Sometimes it takes an outside set of eyes to look at certain processes and identify an easier and more efficient way to do a task or a series of tasks. Sometimes you just need reassurance that you’re on the right track or you need someone to listen to your ideas and implement your plan into action. Sometimes you just need a little more training. Staff changes and new processes are bound to happen and getting up to speed is essential in order to keep things moving. Sometimes it’s hard to find people with Raiser’s Edge experience and a solid understanding of how the database can be maximized to its full potential. Sometimes you just need someone to run the office for a few days, weeks or months until you can find the right person to do the job permanently. Sometimes you would rather have someone take over the gift processing responsibility altogether so you can free up your staff time for raising money. We will provide training at your location using your data and your processes We are located in the area of London, Ontario, Canada but we are willing to travel to meet the needs of clients. In addition, we offer in-person support as well as phone and live support over the internet.
