SASSHA 360 is a dynamic SaaS Housing Management solution that manages and presents your data to all stakeholders in a 360-degree view. The software can be securely accessed from any device, anywhere with an internet connection. Manage all aspects of tenants, properties and assets through the intuitive interface. Tenants and properties have their own document store where any letters, repair orders or other documentation generated from the system is automatically stored. Upload photos, floorplans and other documentation in a structured file system within the relevant record. Financial accounting detail is held within SASSHA with nominal links to your Financial Accounting system. Analyse data with in-built KPI dashboards, using Power BI or our excel based report writing tool QXL. Our agile framework allows us to react rapidly to changes in the sector such as the requirement to capture net zero agenda items and changes around recording and monitoring damp and mould. The interface is also highly customisable. The in-built report scheduler ensures that crucial information is emailed to key individuals on a recurring basis defined by you. Contractors have a portal with two-way communication to manage repair issues, variances, completion through to invoicing. We also work with our clients to develop API links to larger contractor systems particularly for cyclical maintenance where information and documentation uploaded by the contractor saves within the property record including CP12s and EPCs. Our tenant portal allows for Tenant self-service with the option to have a branded app available on Android and iOS devices.
