They all have very good arch support and some style of heel. The heel varies between certain styles of sandals. Even the nice lining you see on the sole of many of the sandals is rubber as well, so you can wear them at the beach, get caught in the rain or toss them in the sink at home to clean them up. The bottom of the sole has very good grip.
