Owners and creators, Angie and Britni met while attending Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Both were pursuing degrees in Apparel Design and Fashion Merchandising and found themselves often paired for intense projects. A great friendship and trust quickly developed and the dream of starting a company together was born. Upon graduation, Angie moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in fashion and when Britni's degree was complete, she returned to her home state of California. Their passion for fashion reconnected them and SassySash.com was born! Why Sassy Sash? While the pair were still in college their friends, roommates, and sorority sisters wanted a way to stand out in the crowd. The first Sash was made to celebrate the 21st birthday of one of Angie's roommates and after that, everyone requested customized Sashes of their own. What started as a fun hobby has grown to a successful business. The Sassy Mission Although no other company offers such a variety of sashes, we don't stop there! We are happy to work with you to create an even more original sash by using special order fabrics (including prints), special order sash trim (such as pearl strands or sequins), special order sizing (for baby, kids, and teens), etc. We strive to make each and every customer our number one priority.
