The Travel Channel’s Food Paradise awarded Sauce on the Side the “Cheesiest Restaurant in America,” in 2015 for the Cock-a-Doodle Noodle calzone. After building a strong business model, Sauce on the Side was well positioned to begin franchising in 2018. With the mission to “Feed the community, provide the highest quality food and service, and create an atmosphere of fun and fairness,” Sauce on the Side has pivoted from three successful restaurants in four years (2012 – 2016 in St Louis), building a franchise structure allowing for other entrepreneurs to create their own prosperity.
