Sauna & Plunge is a completely new experience concept in London & Dubai. Our modern, industrial style space (in the heart of Shoreditch) houses bespoke designed poplar saunas and 3D printed plunge pools at varying degrees. We offer our customers a quick and fun sauna and plunge pool experience as well as a calming studio focusing on Wim Hoff Style workshops. All of our shopfronts feature a boutique cafe so our customers can chill before, after or during their plunge experience with vibey music and a cool atmosphere, as well as 3D printed interiors and partitions for an immersive experience. To summarise: Turn up, get changed, get a heat blast from our saunas, freeze in our pools and then chill to a specialty coffee and healthy snack in our relaxed cafe lounge style environment. Then suit up an hit the city feeling focused and refreshed!
