About Savage Architecture
Savage Architecture delivers more than 25 years’ experience to all aspects of the development process with outside the square thinking and proactive project management. For Director Keith Savage, thinking outside the square is more than a motto. Creative, cost-effective solutions for clients is part of his career DNA. It’s embedded in every step of every project he undertakes from initial concept to design to documentation and delivery. Keith’s problem-solving approach delivers unique outcomes for clients in all manner of contexts. Beyond providing architectural design, drawings and advice, Keith delivers more than 25 years’ experience to clients in all aspects of the development process. After years of experience on major projects in Sydney and other capital cities, Keith turned his focus to delivering for clients in Northern Australia, adapting each project to suit its unique circumstances. Recognised with a variety of award-winning projects over the past decade, Keith is adept at designing and project managing for clients across the tropics, from remote Indigenous communities to urban conditions in cities such as Cairns, Townsville and Darwin. Environmental sensitivity and sustainability are also key focus areas of Keith’s work for clients. One such example of Keith’s expertise is his design of the ACIKE Building at Charles Darwin University, recognised in 2018 by the Climate Council of Australia as one of the top 8 environmentally designed projects developed to date in Australia.
