About Savage Douglas Property
We take on the property under a Management Agreement, structured around your needs and requirements. We carry out a cosmetic refurbishment and furnish the property (if required). We fully tenant the property, and continue to do so throughout the agreement, taking care of maintenance along the way. Unlike Letting Agencies, we charge NO Tenant finders fee's or other hidden costs We take care of any minor Maintenance ourselves and manage any major maintenance for you. You remain completely hands off, with a guaranteed rent every month. When we started with the idea of Savage Douglas, we wanted to do things differently; to give landlords the ideal solution, and to make property management easier. We wanted to pride ourselves on our services being bespoke to each client and having a transparent relationship with everyone that we work with. So we set up (home) office... And off we went!
