The Sawtooth Brewery was founded in the small mountain town of Ketchum, ID deep within the Sawtooth Mountains and has grown with the support and tremendous love of this delicious craft beer that the town has to offer. Sawtooth Brewery has much to offer the craft beer industry. Along with great local craft beers, our recently opened Sawtooth Brewery Public House is taking the Wood River Valley to “flavor town” with amazing food creations for lunch and dinner. The brewery’s restaurant will exceed your expectations with a value unmatched in the valley! The founders of the Sawtooth Brewery, Paul Holle and Kevin Jones, have been realizing their dream of bringing together fresh, handcrafted beer with “made from scratch” delicious cuisine. They have been successfully expanding the brewery for the last 5 years. With the brewpub in Ketchum, ID, the plans are to have the brewing facility with all new brewing and canning equipment located close by in Hailey, ID. The brewery will also open a tap room by the summer of 2016, so patrons and visitors can sip on their delicious craft beer and while watching the excitement of the brewing process in the background. Unique to Sawtooth Brewery’s experience, will be a pet friendly taproom in Hailey, ID, as well as a grand self-guided and guided tours!
