History Established in 1990 For the past 24 years, Say Ciao! has been known under a few other names. First as Applewood Catering; born in 1990 in Hood River Oregon. Then, in 2002, as Applewood Northwest Cuisine and Catering, with a restaurant and catering. In 2010, as Applewood Restaurant and Bar – a full service restaurant and bar with catering on the side. And lastly, in 2013, back to Applewood Catering for a brief stint as again, a catering only company. Hello 2014! Say Ciao! Creative Catering is born. A new name, a new bigger and better kitchen and a new location. We are all very excited to move forward (again) as Greater Vancouver’s premier catering company.
