Sayrs Consulting is a social enterprise development firm that specializes in systems change through innovation and collaboration. Our lead consultant, Hayley Sayrs, brings more than 8 years of experience facilitating public-private partnerships through capacity building, community activation, and leveraging existing resources. In 2022, we began working directly with the County of Los Angeles as a lead consultant for equity and public policy implementation. Our firm currently manages all public relations and communications for the Women & Girls Initiative (WGI), a board-directed policy initiative housed within the Chief Executive Office of Los Angeles County. It is our commitment to support WGI in forging strategic partnerships and implementing groundbreaking policies. Notably, we champion initiatives like the Safe Haven for Abortion program, ensuring reproductive health services for millions of women in Los Angeles County. Additionally, we are proud to contribute to the recently established Sexual Assault Council, advocating for victims and addressing barriers to innovations and systemic approaches that uplift vulnerable women and girls in our community.
