Strategy Sbheruti Holdings ’s strategy is built on the foundation of corporate values that drive successful development of the college both in the present and in the coming years. This strategy will help the college achieve the long-term vision of shaping the future, and producing competent future leaders to bring about positive economic growth in the South African economy. In order to steer the focus of the college towards its strategy and to achieve the long-term vision, three strategy priorities have been identified: Create – Inspire – Lead. Key operational Strategies • Obtain equitable staff ratios and develop both lecturing and administrative staff. • Invest in human resources by offering staff better benefits and incentives. • Consolidation of different fragmented administration systems into one student management system. • Entering into Partnerships with Colleges in the public sector. • Research and develop new higher education programmes based on industry requirements. • Facilitate capacity building through staff development.
