About Sbs-Steel Belt Systems
SBS STEEL BELT SYSTEMS S.r.l. was born in 1984 and it has been dealing since then with the design, the manufacturing and the after-sales service of industrial plants equipped with stainless steel belts and specifically of continuous process machinery equipped with stainless steel belts for a wide range of applications in industrial processes, in the chemical, petrochemical, food, plastic materials and powder coatings industries. From the beginning of its activity SBS has been part of the International Group BERNDORF (AUSTRIA), producer of the stainless steel belts – which are the heart of our machinery – as well as of special belts with applications in various machineries and productive processes. SBS counts more than 500 installations all over the world and it has always done big efforts to offer more and more reliable, ergonomic and innovative machines (f.i. our patented “double mixed effect” cooling conveyor and the feeder / pastillator Rolldrop®).Typical process machineries are: Stainless steel belts for continuous or non-continuous productions / Cooling conveyors-Flakers / Cooling conveyors - Pastillators / Double belt cooling conveyors / Double mixed effect cooling conveyors / Reactors / Continuous driers with perforated belt / Steel belt freezers / “Package” systems for the petrochemical and powder coatings field. In the field of powder coatings, where SBS SBS has been having the honour to supply all biggest Italian, European and Extra European producers, thanks to its secondary seat in the South of Italy (Villafranca T. - ME), SBS is able to offer to its customers, beyond complete lines for powder coatings, also the regeneration and production of powder coatings from virgin raw materials or from “fines” or from “overspray”.SBS is thus able to support and coordinate its customers’ requests also thanks to the net of agents collaborating with SBS all over the world.
