This Consortium allows for running discrete event network simulations in a scalable fashion in Scala hosted cloud environment using contributed models from the entire ecosystem of silicon vendors, network equipment manufacturers, Hyperscalers & other Data Center operators. On the back of rapid adoption and growth of this ecosystem, Scala has established category leadership on Network Simulations at Data Center scale. In addition to discrete network simulation solution, which primarily focuses on the Data Plane, Scala Computing has launched another first of its kind Emulation platform to test the Control Plane and topology solution within a Data Center, using heterogenous networking gears.
